Sleet City
A city that will never see the end of bad weather, as citizens deal with the stinging pellets of frozen raindrops that fall out of the sky every day. Low hanging hot-air balloons, the only form of transport that works to and from this city, float by as its owners attempt to keep the engines from malfunctioning in the freezing weather.
